Musical Shape Shifters
The musicians in Bad Habit all had long musical careers before they had the opportunity to play together. Each member brings a unique musical style to the band and are comfortable jumping genres and mixing up a lifetime of influences.
Born of the Pandemic
James, Tex and Dan began playing together in May of 2020 as the pandemic raged, laying low at a social club that managed to stay open throughout the entire event. When James came down with Covid-19 in December, Darrell stepped in to help out and the Band was complete.
Looking to the Future
Bad Habit has found a home in the TropRock music scene with the release of their first single "Rock the Dock". Written by Darrell, the song hit the charts at #8 on the TropRock Top 40 and made its way up to #1. The song remained in the top 10 for 17 consecutive weeks. They're in the finishing an upcoming album and more single releases.
